Shelinda is available as a source of free healing by the beach.
O'aka is still by your party, you'll want to pick up a handful of Soft for the Basilisks, although Yuna can use Esuna at this point too.
Most of the enemies are again, upgrades of previously fought enemies, but the Basilisk is the tougher enemy here, Valefor at the start of the fight is one way to deal with them as it is immune to Petrify, but getting Sphere Levels is always preferable. You'll also want to Lancet the Basilisk for Stone Breath, which can be an easy KO on some monsters.
Speak to the slow moving guy for a Soft Ring and nab the chest.
Head along, and ideally Kimahri should be stealing from all enemies every fight now, and the others can swap out and assist to gain Sphere Levels. Stealing these miscellaneous items will prove fruitful for late/postgame when you'll want to start adding specfici abilities to Aeons/Equipment.
Be sure to grab the Al Bhed Primer by the two small pillars, as well as the (slightly) hidden chest) and items from NPCs.
On the next screen you'll arrive at Djose Temple and find some treasures to nab (one you can't quite yet). Gatta is also there, traumatised from Luzzu being torn in half during Operation Mi'ihen.
Inside you'll meet Issaru and his Guardians, and will find some chests in the side rooms and the stairs. Enter the Cloister of Trials for another puzzle.
In the second room you'll charge up the Sphere in the Pillar by placing the two other Spheres in the E, and then you can use the charged up Sphere to open the door.
Place the two other Spheres in the pillar and push it into the Electricity to hop across and then head back. Recall the pillar and use the Spheres to finish off the symbol and create a lift upwards.
Interact with the pillars in here to open the route up, but head back down and touch the Glyph to head in and nab the Destruction Sphere.
Back on the other level, put the Destruction Sphere in the central pillar and get the Magic Sphere from the Chest.
Head upstaris to finish the Cloister of Trials and Dona and Barthello will be there behind you.
Yuna emerges with Ixion as a new Aeon.
Speak with Yuna in the W room of the Temple and after the scenes you can nab the chest from before which has the Switch Hitter for Wakka - a good choice for raw damage.
