Time to leave Icirrus for Route 8, which has heavy rains that act as permanent rain in battle too. Be sure to pick up the Sludge Bomb TM as well as Facade in the SE of the route.
In the NE you can find the Moor of Icirrus, which you want to access outside of Winter. A trainer, a couple of wild Pokémon, and a couple of the treasures become inaccessible in Winter. There's nothing in particular worth coming here for but more money and battles, as well as a fairly rare Max Elixir.
After you're done on this Route try to exit via the SE for another Bianca battle. I probably didn't even need the Swords Dance on Haxorus, but I did it just in case something didn't get one shot for whatever reason.
On Tubeline Bridge you can get the Flame Charge TM and will meet Ghetsis at the end who basically is just cheering you on at this point. You'll get the Fling TM upon exiting, too.
On Route 9 you'll find a handful of trainers, and a blocked cave to the South - which is for postgame.
In the shopping centre there's a few trainers and shops selling pretty much anything you might want. This is where you can get the Timer Balls, which outperform Dusk Balls in caves/night from the 10th turn onwards.
Opelucid City looks distinctly different in each version. In Black it looks futuristic, whereas it looks ancient in White. This also extends to who the Gym Leader will be. In Black we have Drayden, whilst White has Iris.
You'll see Ghetsis making his declaration to the people of Opelucid, with Alder leaving to confront N.
You'll be taken into a private building to learn about the real history of Zekrom and Reshiram from the two Dragon type specialist trainers.
There's a few trainers in the houses to fight, including some in Rotation Battles, but the Gym is our target, and Dragon types is what you will be facing.
As much as Ice might appear better for this Gym, with Haxorus there's no need to worry. The weakest Pokémon always tend to be first, so it can easily set up where needed. I took this opportunity to save PP for the most part by using Swords Dance and Dig on the early battles. When I know there's few enough Pokémon left, I swap to Dragon Claw to one shot everything. STABless DIg was doing more than half without a boost, I reasoned Dragon Claw would one shot everything, and it did - even Drayden's own Haxorus.
Now as for facing Iris in White, she has the same team with the same movesets as Drayden, but her Druddigon has Sheer Force and her Haxorus has Mold Breaker instead of Drayden's which have Rough Skin and Rivalry respectively.
For winning you receive the Dragon Tail TM and the Legend Badge.
Outside Professor Juniper will point you to Route 10 which leads to Victory Road and she'll give you the Master Ball.
At the entrance to Route 10, you're told about a storm on Route 7. We can get Tornadus now through some sidequests, but I save it for postgame.
