Time for the optional bosses.

First head NE for an Elw Pyramid and head inside. Nab the chests across the water and access the teleporter to reach a stone and then a dark area.
It's hard to navigate in the dark, but when you come to levers hit 1,2,4 (W-E).
Head through and push the statues to access the next area, including a thin path to walk along in the dark - so don't run.

You'll eventually come to an area with a torch to light up and then a grapple puzzle room with limited movement. Take the E path across and Duplicator your way through the locked door. You'll get a hint about a song, so in the next room play music with Jack in the centre of the circle and you'll face Ragu Ragla - with normal enemy music.

Goat Dolls are all but essential for this, and why we stocked up earlier.
Unless you're a higher level (like 60+) and geared up specifically for the fight.
It has 65,000HP and its normal attack can do around 3,000 damage as well as an all hit rare attack doing around 6,000 - or half with Fire Rings equipped. So replace the Goat Dolls as soon as possible. Make sure to get a Card out at some point and just hack away with your most damaging attacks. Cecilia won't be doing much otuside curing some status and maybe reviving if you forgot a Goat Doll at any point. Just pound away with Jack and Rudy.

You'll get the Sheriff Star for winning, which is the most powerful equipment in the game, and makes Ribbons in Final Fantasy look like well... just Ribbons. +100 to all base stats as well as an immunity to status, and elemental absorption, an increase in force gain, a +25%HP and MP increase, HP Regen, and a chance for double Gella. Put it on anyone you want, you won't go wrong with any member, although Jack/Rudy are probably better choices than Cecilia. Rudy is my choice, so I can use Hyper on Jack to maintain my normal playstyle, whilst giving Rudy a nice all around buff.

Head back to Adlehyde to top up and contribute again.
Teleport to Rosetta Town then fly S until you see some rocks in the middle of a mountain pass. Land and summon the Golem and walk across to the Ancient Arena. We're not here for the arena itself, yet.
Firstly we're going to be using our Duplicators up after blowing up the blue mirror. You'll come to an outside area and the tip will have Angol Moa for you to face.

MUCH easier than Ragu Ragla. The Goat Dolls will help, but they're nowhere near as necessary at this level even. 60,000HP is nearly as much as Ragu Ragla, but you'll be doing 10,000-15,000 on a good round. Card again for the nice top up. Jack's Juggernaut Sword is your reward. Not as good as the Sheriff Star, but a handy increase to offensive power, nevertheless.

Now time for the Ancient Arena's "main" content.
Heal and save up and enter the Arena for a series of fights.
The third fight was unironically harder than Angol Moa, but a few Goat Dolls and keeping at high HP and it didn't take too long.
The fourth opponent, RIversider has 65,535HP and can hit single target damage of around 5,000. Other than that it shouldn't be an issue.

Remember the Saber Fang we picked up? We need it to fight the true boss of the Arena. Save and heal up and enter again.

A final showdown with Boomerang, as Boomerang Flash - a fusion of both Boomerang and Luceid.

He mainly uses single target attacks, and he may get the odd kill, but not really threatening. Buff Jack up and he'll do a lot of damage here. A few rounds will do it, most likely. You'll get the Divine Blade for winning, Rudy's Ultimate Weapon.

Back to Adlehyde for the usual. Although this is the final payment. Speak with Engineer Tom to the building W of the Magic Shop and then you can interact with the statue to receive the Castle Rune as the reward for rebuilding Adlehyde.

The rest of the part is me using up the Crest Graphs, even though I won't use most of the spells. (I'll finish up the Graphs completely next time)

0:00 - Adlehyde
19:30 - Ragu Ragla
39:15 - Angol Moa
45:25 - Ancient Arena
