Re-upload of a previously-uploaded video that was re-encoded to a different codec which resulted in quality degradation. I can't win with YouTube sometimes :)
Original Description -
Had time to go to Richland County after work on the Last Wednesday of July, so I opted to go to one of Mansfield's 4 new sirens. These solar-powered 130s were installed earlier this year after the city discovered they didn't have sirens, even though the rest of the county in mainly rural areas were covered by 42 sirens back in 2002. I chose this 2001-130 on the NW side of the city at Johns Park. The area was a bit run down, but overall everything went smoothly with no problems. My camera's mic did not seem to like this siren for some reason.
Richland County tests their sirens on the last Wednesday of every month at 4:00 PM, weather-permitting.
