Edit: The siren activation tones have been edited out to prevent malicious siren activations. The tone you hear at the beginning is the "alarm" tone that is broadcast on all pagers, etc.
Last Wednesday I decided to go to Warren County to hear my first 4/5 Port Thunderbolt. Originally, I had planned on doing the one in Clermont County in Amelia, but due to COVID-19, I was forced to stay closer to home, so I decided on this one instead.
Not very much to say other than the fact that it was very bassy, vibrated the ground, and was pretty loud! It was great to hear my first 4/5 port Thunderbolt and my first 1000T set on a lower chopper level. I noticed at the end of the test that Harveysburg's 1003 is also working again, after it failed on me in February. That unit seems to be pretty hit-or-miss in terms of activating. Anyways, enjoy!
Warren County tests sirens on the First Wednesday of every month at noon for 3 minutes, weather-permitting. The Cities of Lebanon and Franklin control their own sirens, which test at the same time, but only sound for about a minute.
