After the successful test of the high pitched 2001-130 at W.A. Driscoll Elementary School in Centerville, around 12:15 PM, I heard Kettering's RM-127's wind up for their test just as I was about to leave. I quickly jumped out of my car and started recording the test. I placed my Vixia on the trunk of the car since my tripods were already put away. My guess is there was a fire or EMS call which tied the dispatch center there up late, hence the late test. Kettering operates their own siren system which is not activated by the county system (all 2001-130's). Either way, it was an epic and creepy ambience and I was really glad to get it on video.
The closest RM-127 you're hearing is at Polen Farm in Kettering, which is about a mile or so away. You may be able to hear 2-3 other RM-127's in Kettering's system.
I also will be uploading my video of the high pitched 130 at Driscoll School and an audio recording of a 2001-130 on Clyo Rd. in Centerville which I placed before the test, so look out for those videos coming soon! Enjoy!
