There are a ton of ghouls here, and plenty of them are festering or gangrenous, so be careful. They hit pretty hard. You'll also find the Treasures of Jamaica Plain quest here in which you have to fight your way through all the ghouls, presumably fight your way through a couple robots (who seem to be stationary), and take out some very deadly laser turrets (that you can just walk around anyway apparently or turn off with the key card) in order to get to a trove of treasures.
** MINOR SPIOLER**
Or at least it should be a trove of treasures. The only thing that's overly useful is the baseball bat, but there are many unique junk items if you want them for displaying around your settlements.
