This boss is a royal pain with magic users. I had no idea what to expect, and it didn't go well. Make sure you can take off paralysis (it'll happen often). Make sure you can revive dead party members (that happens too). Make sure you can heal plenty, and do decent physical damage. The magic I tried had no effect. It's a battle of attrition, but if you can live through it he stops fighting when his health gets low enough.
