This location is very easy to clear with the exception of the vampiric bloodbug in the back. Mine was legendary, and holy crap he does a ton of damage with his bleeding effect. Kill it fast and from a distance if you can. The rest is just a bunch of raiders, and they die easily. Be sure to pick up the Tesla Science Magazine inside.
