The Roadside Pines Motel is a pretty easy location with the exception of the Raider Veteran who was a skull to me. I took him out pretty quickly with a shotgun, but I have a feeling he could be nasty otherwise. The other raiders are all easy. A combat rifle and combat shotgun make this place fairly straight forward. There is a guy on the roof with a missile launcher. Having armor with the dense mod will make killing him much easier as the missiles do much less damage at that point. MUCH less. There's not really any loot of note unfortunately.
