There's about 12 or so raiders in here, but nothing that's overly difficulty. They will swarm you to a degree though, so be careful. You'll also want to methodically take them out to ensure they don't sneak up on you later. There are a few in the basement who are "CRAZY", and they are your biggest threat. A shotgun to the face is the best remedy for them I found. Overall, this location is a combat rifle and combat shotgun location with little opportunity for sniper rifles unless you have a silenced sniper rifle and lots of sneak ability.
The main collectibles here are an Unstoppables magazine, a Fat Man, and a D.B. Tech Varsity Uniform. I recorded their locations. Be sure to pick them up on your way out. My exit was the Generator Room which leads to the Medical Center Metro in my next video.
