I included a fight with an assaultron and Mr. Gutsy that occurs outside of the police station, but the rest of the video is the location of the Eddie Winters Holotape and the confrontation with a man and the synth attempting to replace him. If you have high enough charisma or use drugs to artificially boost it you can determine which of them is the synth. Even if you try to resolve the situation peacefully, the synth will still attack the man so be prepared to defend him if you so choose.
