KULT News visited Fort Worth, Texas at the end of April, 2024, and our visit caused one bank employee to REPEATEDLY call 911 on us.
Would the responding officer violate our rights like the Chief of Police in Memphis, Texas had just a couple days prior?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
