Here we have a Stamina Necromancer Bow/Bow PVE build and Iron Atronach Parse for Scalebreaker. I will show one possible setup but describe others in the description below.

Other setups
DW/Bow: youtu.be/o3lK3TgAD-k
vMA Daggers/Bow: youtu.be/JXrSpAHqLHU
2H/Bow: youtu.be/TYF_AVj3iIw

There have been loads of changes across the board for combat in ESO. I would recommend you to read the relevant patch notes.

I am using the Max Stam/Stam Regen food, with 64 points into Stamina for all Stamina Setups in these rotations. This is simply for comparison purposes in this test environment.

Here I will not describe any rotation which relies on Detonating Siphon. Bitterly disappointing that it still doesn't work, since it is amazing for sustain (costs no resources) and does decent AOE and Single Target damage too.

In the video, I showcase a Stamina Necromancer Bow/Bow setup with the Asylum Bow. It's an interesting one, because given better sustain, you can cast Blastbones less, thus giving you the freedom to play at longer range if you wish since you won't have to rely on that skill. This is because it may be worth it to use the Asylum Bow to empower Snipe, more frequently, at longer range. This type of setup would be better I think, in fights such as vAS.

Here in this video I should really be standing at range and only coming into melee to cast my Barbed Trap, but I am being lazy and want to make sure the viewing experience is more pleasant, so I am just staying melee.

In situations where Relequen is suitable, it is usually still best paired with Lokkestiiz and it is still very much worth it to come to melee to cast Barbed Trap. In situations where Relequen is not good, a Lokkestiiz-Tzogvin setup allows you to stay at longer range and get better use out of the Asylum Bow.

Further down, I show the CMX details of a parse similar to the rotation from the previous patch, where Blastbones is cast more frequently, and DPS is better by playing closer to melee whenever possible.

Longer backbar rotations are 'less bad' with a Bow/Bow setup because the frontbar stats are not significantly higher than the backbar. So you'll see I have Siphon and Barbed Trap slotted for the favourable passives on the frontbar. However, in the end, it still doesn't really matter, you can more or less set up the bars however you want for your own comfort.

This, like other Stamina rotations, will be 10-seconds long because Arrow Barrage, Poison Injection and Consuming Trap are all 10 seconds long.

The minimum backbar rotation is simply: Arrow Barrage - Poison Injection - Consuming Trap. Skeletal Archer is refreshed more or less whenever it runs out.

The front bar involves casting as much of Acid Spray - Lethal Arrow as you can. Blastbones can be used to space out the combo if you like, to improve sustain, as Acid Spray is pretty expensive on a Stamina Necromancer. If sustain is better (in a raid it will be better than here) then just skipping Blastbones whilst being at range should be better. Barbed Trap simply needs to be cast roughly every two rotations meanwhile.

The Trapping Webs synergy isn't as good as it used to be, but it can also be a pretty good skill to use if you want to provide some Synergy support. The damage from casting this skill itself is now better than Blastbones, but it is rather delayed damage and actually is quite costly for rotation speed (similar to Arrow Barrage in this way).

That's about it.

Proposed Static Rotation:

Start: Archer - Trap - Blastbones

Pattern 1 (Burstier)
Barrage - Injection - Soul Trap
Acid Spray - Lethal Arrow - Acid Spray - Lethal Arrow - Lethal Arrow
or
Acid Spray - Blastbones - Lethal Arrow - Acid Spray - Lethal Arrow - Blastbones

Pattern 2 (With Archer and Barbed Trap refreshed)
Barrage - Injection - Soul Trap - Archer
Acid Spray - Barbed Trap - Lethal Arrow - Acid Spray - Lethal Arrow

Use your Ultimate whenever required.

Thanks for reading!
