This is a showcase of a Stamina Necromancer Bow/Bow rotation for the Elsweyr Patch. This is most suitable for PVE 12-man trials.
Stamina Necromancer is the strongest and most sought-after DD spec in PVE.
Here are my other Stamina Necromancer setups that I've shown so far:
DW/Bow -- youtu.be/IoPYWp3-2pM
2H/Bow -- youtu.be/AUI2uR9Y3aA
This is a rotation performed on the new Raid Dummy. This means there are a selection of buffs and debuffs present, which allows easy comparison between different classes, and for other players to compare against each other, if they wish, as a 'solo' player, without the need of help from another player; a really valuable addition to the game.
I used the Lava (Max Stam and Stamina Recovery food) here. This is actually the recommended food to use in a real trial, so the sustain you see here is actually under-represented against other classes. In a group with support, your sustain will appear to be a lot better than it is on this dummy, trust me. If you feel your HP pool is a bit low, I'd recommend up to and around 20 points into HP, or one or two Health Glyphs on your armour, whichever is more convenient.
Here I am using Perfected Lokkestiiz, Perfected Relequen and Velidreth. This is the best setup for pure single target DPS.
My skill bars shown in the video are as follows:
Front Bow Bar: Acid Spray - Venom Skull or Lethal Arrow - Rearming Trap - Detonating Siphon - Blighted Blastbones - Flawless Dawnbreaker
Back Bow Bar: Endless Hail - Skeletal Archer - Razor Caltrops - Poison Injection - Detonating Siphon - Pestilent Colossus

-- Rotation
First note: Detonating Siphon currently has hitbox issues and does not hit properly on Dragons in Sunspire and some other bosses as well. Hopefully, at some point, some of the issues will be resolved. For affected encounters, you can fit in more Acid Spray or spammable (Venom Skull/Lethal Arrow Casts).
The rotation on a Bow/Bow Necromancer will depend on how far away you are from your target. This is almost entirely due to the nature of Blighted Blastbones, which is our main spammable ability. Should you stay close to melee range, then you can cast this skill 1-in-3, which will be the aim whenever possible. The further away you are from your target, the less frequently you can cast Blastbones. Whenever possible, I would only go to medium range to collect the Shadow Silk synergy, before returning to melee range.
On fights where you need the flexibility to go this type of distance, Lethal Arrow becomes a better choice for the secondary spammable (in place of Venom Skull). This is because a higher proportion of time is spent spamming Lethal Arrow, and you can make some more use of the Longshot passive from the Bow skill line. So take this into account when selecting your skillbars for specific fights.
Considering that Lokkestiiz is such a strong set, we need to use Rearming Trap when Relequen is also suitable since there is no space for Tzogvin. This is another reason why you will want to play close to melee range.
The rotation doesn't really change when you go into execute. The only thing you really need to judge is when to reapply DOTs again and when to continue with spammables right near the end of the fight.
In group play, using the Colossus Ultimate itself (which provides Major Vulnerability, the strongest debuff in the game) will likely depend on when the group needs it, so no real emphasis on you use it. Otherwise, if the timing up to you, try to drop it early-on or halfway through your front bar rotation to make the most of your burst.
Generally, this is how a strong static rotation might look like:
Blastbones - Endless - Archer
Blastbones - Caltrops - Injection
Blastbones - Acid Spray - Siphon
Blastbones - Venom Skull/Lethal Arrow - Trap
The beginning of the fight would slightly differ, with a Prebuff of Archer and starting with Endless and Trap.
If there are any questions, please do let me know.

![Vengeful. - Magicka Warden PVE (87k) - Harrowstorm - ESO
Edit 24th Feb: Filmed in Dragonhold but updated for Harrowstorm. Not much has changed - sustain is better, but this is the main one: Glacial Presence: This passive now also increases your Critical Damage against enemies and Critical Healing against allies who have been recently afflicted with the Chilled status effect. Expect BETTER DPS from Magicka Warden in Harrowstorm!
This is a Magicka Warden PVE build and Iron Atronach Parse for the Dragonhold/Harrowstorm patch.
Magicka Warden offers more utility than ever before in Dragonhold, which makes them more useful than ever before (if there is no Warden support player in the group, at least). The Screaming Cliff Racer can set the enemy off-balance and Fetcher Infection will now apply Minor Vulnerability. Winters Revenge now becomes one of the strongest AOEs in the game. The Bear also remains one of the strongest ultimate in the game for sustained damage, but again it leaves the class very reliant on it.
This rotation was performed by @stileanima. Check out her channel, especially for Healing and End-game raiding content.
YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0ZrF6282tJGZboWa2IwCHg
I am using the Max Magicka/Magicka Regen food, with 64 points into Magicka for all Magicka Setups in these rotations.
Gear used here:
5x Mothers Sorrow Body, 5x Siroria front-barred, 2x Zaan. (See build screenshot for full details).
The above is used simply for purposes of comparison against other classes, in this test environment.
Race used: Altmer
Good alternatives: Breton, Dunmer, Khajiit
In real raid situations, consider Clockwork Citrus Fillet or Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl as food alternatives.
Other gear that is perfectly suitable for different situations include:
False God, Spell Strategist, New Moon Acolyte, Master Architect
CMX Parse, Build (Gear, Skills, CPs), Superstar from Video https://imgur.com/a/ZMI8uyF
Rotation:
This rotation is all about getting the best blend of direct damage and damage over time. Here we choose to keep up Unstable Wall, Winters Revenge, Scalding Rune, Barbed Trap, Fetcher Infection and Degeneration for our DOTs. Then we fit in as much Deep Fissure and Screaming Cliff Racer (Birbs) as possible.
Here @stileanima chooses to cast Deep Fissure more or less 1-in-3 casts. Seeing as I am describing a dynamic rotation here I shall say that generally, in-between, there is a cast of a DOT, of which Unstable Wall and Winters Revenge hold the highest priority. Fetcher Infection is generally the next strongest, then really whatever else needs refreshing from the skills listed above. Throw the Birbs whenever there is nothing else that needs casting. Use the Bear Ultimate as soon as convenient.
If you notice that many DOTs run out at the same time, feel free to cast them consecutively, and skipping a Deep Fissure cast. In previous patches, Ive noticed that casting Deep Fissure 1-in-4 is not too different than 1-in-3 if it means a better uptime in DOTs. There can also the occurence that your Deep Fissure damage does not hit if you try 1-in-3 with slight mistimings just so you know.
Proposed Static Rotation
Start:
Netch - Trap
Repeat:
Shalk - Wall - Winter
Shalk - Fetcher - Degeneration
Shalk - Scalding - Spam - Spam/Netch/Trap (Alternate Netch and Trap, if sustain is good, use a Spam)
Spam = Birb or Bear Ulti
About alternative skills that I did not use in this video:
Mystic Orb - a must-have skill if you want to include more AOE damage into your setup. Upsides also include a nice group synergy, but the downside is the high resource cost.
Inner Light (front-barred) - if you want a simpler rotation, you could drop one of the DOTs (for example Degeneration) and include Inner Light on the front bar.
Elemental Blockade - using this morph instead of Unstable Wall can also be a decent option. This option offers more cleave allows slightly better sustain by allowing you to cast this skill less frequently, and more so other cheaper skills.
Consuming Trap - a DOT that can help sustain if used in trash fights or on smaller mobs in Boss Fights, due to the resource return.
Channeled Acceleration - if you prefer this over Barbed Trap, this is fine. Magicka sustain will suffer a little but might be easier to use in some cases.
Flame Reach - if you wanted to add another single-target DOT. Provides some extra sources of Burning damage and cost is relatively cheap, but the damage isnt as good as some other options.

A fight from 2nd Boss in vHOF, sort of close to perfect but not quite, from a team perspective. Since I was the only Magicka DD that stayed downstairs the whole time, it was my role to kill the conduits (with a little help from others). Pretty bad conduit RNG in this fight, sometimes it spawns right underneath the boss, sometimes on the other side of the map (it was the case every time in this fight).
Id imagine the top groups will soon change the way they do this boss during this patch.
I didnt manage to save this exact parse, but I have a Combat Metrics Parse from a different fight where I do the same role (60.4k/53.3k) - https://i.imgur.com/itkVVoL.png

![Magicka Sorcerer 1-Pet PVE (87k+) - Dragonhold - ESO
This is a Magicka Sorcerer 1-Pet PVE build and Iron Atronach Parse for the Dragonhold patch.
The 1-Pet Magicka Sorcerer (generally) brings the best balance of damage and practicality out of the different setups. For this reason, it has been the most popular setup, and maybe it will continue to be this way. Having said, the damage difference between various Magicka Sorcerer setups look to be smaller than we have seen in while too. Magicka Sorcerer has received a set of changes which brings it away from the style of rotation from Scalebreaker, and a little bit closer to that from Elsweyr and the few patches previously.
Thanks to @Aerenel, who raids with Wipes on Trash (WoT) PC/NA, for providing these parses. His Discord ID is @Aerenel#8604 should you want to ask him about Magicka Sorcerer.
Here are the other MagSorc parses from Dragonhold, again kindly provided by @Aerenel.

Rotation
Focus on keeping a great up-time with Unstable Wall. Cast Daedric Prey on cooldown, so every 6 seconds, but never before. This skill is useful to keep up because it has a relatively low Magicka cost, and also gives a damage boost to your Twilight and Atronach Ultimate. Beyond that, Keep up Barbed Trap and Boundless Storm, which is also great for its utility. This means youll be more optimal when playing as close to melee whenever possible. You can try some of the alternative skills below if you are more comfortable at range. Use Elemental Weapon as your spammable and Crystal Fragments as frequently as possible. You can easily switch out the Twilight for the Scamp, if you wish to have a more imvolved rotation, or for fights where the extra cleave from the Scamp may be better!
Proposed Static Rotation:
12-second Rotation as the base structure.
Start:
Boundless - Barbed Trap
Wall - Prey - Boundless/Spam - Spam - Spam - Spam/Barbed Trap
Spam - Prey - Spam - Spam - Spam - Spam/Barbed Trap
Spam = Elemental Weapon / Crystal Frags / Ultimate / Spell Symmetry - use whichever is most suitable at any given moment
Every other rotation, alternate Boundless Storm with Spam.
Cast Barbed Trap every 1.5 rotations, at spots where Spam/Barbed Trap is written.
About alternative skills. This is for Magicka Sorcerer in general:
Mystic Orb - a must-have skill if you want to include more AOE damage into your setup. Upsides also include a nice group synergy, but the downside is the high resource cost.
Flame Reach - if you wanted to add another single-target DOT. Provides some extra sources of Burning damage and cost is relatively cheap, but damage isnt as good as some other options.
Scalding Rune - another option for an alternative DOT. More damage per cast than Flame Reach but also costlier.
Liquid Lightning / Lightning Flood - an AOE ability which provides a unique synergy for the group. Costs more than it did in the previous patch.
Bound Aegis - if you want a simpler rotation, you could drop a DOT.
Inner Light - same as above, but Bound Aegis is better.
Shield (e.g Empowered Ward) - you could replace a DOT or Spell Symmetry if you can make a setup to sustain without if you wanted to include a shield.
Elemental Blockade - using this morph instead of Unstable Wall can also be a decent option. This option offers more cleave, and a longer duration, therefore better sustain, since this skill is costly.
Consuming Trap - a DOT that can help sustain if used in trash fights or on smaller mobs in Boss Fights, due to the resource return.
Channelled Acceleration - if you prefer this over Barbed Trap, this is fine. Magicka sustain will suffer a little but might be easier to use in some cases.
Power/Critical Surge - an ability which is primarily used for the healing. Power Surge also provides Major Sorcery for yourself.
Scamp - check out the other Pet Sorc videos, linked above for 2-Pet Sorc. Or you can replace the Twilight with the Scamp directly.
