Written by Roberto Turatti, Gino Zandonà, Mario Natale, Silvio Melloni and Tom Hooker. Arranged and produced by Roberto Turatti and Mario Natale
Hailing from Peterlee (near Sunderland) in the north east of England, Eddy moved to London when he was 18. There he was offered a deal with an Italian label to record the song “U.S.S.R.” in Milan. The song became a hit in Europe; reaching #23 in Germany in 1986. Eddy recorded more singles and an album in the Italo-Disco vein but effectively wrapped up his career in the early 90s.
Co-writer, Tom Hooker, was a successful recording artist in his own right. He also provided the vocals on numerous Italo-Disco recordings credited to Den Harrow.
After his successful partnership with Miki Chieregato, Roberto Turatti founded the N.T.M. production group with Mario Natale and Silvio Melloni.
