Putting holes, slots, threads and a pocket into our POM cuboid …

In the last video we squared up and milled our POM stock into a cuboid with the right dimensions (link below). Now it’s time to drill, mill and cut all the features into it. That is all but two: The large cutouts for the side parts will come later.
We start with a recap of the detailed drawing and mark all the features on our POM cuboid. Then we drill seven holes of different sizes, mill two slots plus a large pocket, and finally cut threads into all the holes we drilled.
