This video tutorial is the fourth basic mode which I use in club spinning, focusing on clubs moving in split time in the same direction.

There are four basic modes which I personally consider the foundation movements for Indian club swinging / spinning.

The same principle can be use in other flow arts such as staff and poi spinning.
