Welcome back to Pickles BBQ! Today we're going to do simple summer grilled country ribs on the Old Smokey, you can easily do it on a kettle or any grill.

The recipe is real simple, a rub on some country ribs, let them sit for a couple of hours in the fridge.
Set a hot side to your grill and sear for 3-5 mins, then transfer to the cooler side and bring them up to 140, add sauce and cook for 10 mins. Done!
