Recipe for the glaze:
3-4 T Apricot preserves
1/2 C brown sugar
4 T or half a stick of butter
A pinch of salt and a dash of fresh pepper
A couple of Tbsps of sriracha of to taste
I also added a tablespoon of honey

Mix the ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer until it has a syrup consistency.

Score the ham in a diagonal pattern and season up with your favorite rub.

Start the coals and bring to 250-275. I used cherry wood chunks, plenty of woods work with ham.

Cook the ham until it’s about 140 internal and glaze. Give it another 10-15 minutes.

Enjoy!

Disclaimer:
I did not raise this hog
I ate nearly all of it
The dogs did get a bit
It was a tofu ham (ok maybe not)
