Hey guys welcome back to Pickles BBQ, we are doing cooks on the pellet cooker! Today it's a great way to use leftovers. Mississippi pot roast leftovers in a pastie or meat pie or hot Pocket or whatever you call it. It's gooood!

No recipe per se. Stuff the pie crust after you cut it with whatever you have. Crimp the edges with a fork, use some egg wash or butter and cook around 375 for 20 minutes on your grill.

If you want a Mississippi pot roast recipe or any other one, let me know and I'll slot it in.

Disclaimer:
I really like Mississippi pot roast and rarely get leftovers on anything
I bought the pie crusts, such is life sometimes
Ice cream is the best snack ever
Hot is fun but not always fun to cook in heat
