An EF3 tornado touched down in the evening of April 15, 2011 in Leakesville (Greene County), Mississippi. It took 4 lives along a 20 mile path, through Deer Park (Washington County) Alabama. 98 homes were damaged and 23 homes were destroyed, along with over a dozen businesses. Damage costs were over $11 million. Highest winds were estimated at 160mph. The twister was as large as 500 yards at its peak. These are scenes of the aftermath, the day after the storm.
