KULT News visited Cleveland, OH on Sept. 13, 2023 and we found some pretty ignorant folks. But, all is not lost. We also uncovered the hidden lair of none other than Rasputin himself! Dont take my word on it, watch the video. This was a wild ride you don’t wanna miss!
We also visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and took a zillion photos that we include in the bonus footage at the very end.

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
