First test of Loiter for Boats. Boat attempts to stay within 2m of target. Within 2m the boat drifts, once outside of 2m the boat turns towards the target and moves towards it very slowly (0.5 x distance to target).
Location is Sakamoto Dam in Nagano, Japan.
