One of those ever popular happenings of a supergroup coming together for one outstanding album, only for everyone to go their separate ways immediately. A shame, but Bluebeard left us with a real treasure. Their self-titled is fraught with emotion, with longing. The Japanese band's choice to sing in English may cause a disconnect between the emotionality and the music, but I don't think so. I feel every fucking word of this guy. That immediate air of melancholy and crunchy guitars, the instrumental section of Over Again, ENDLESS WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY, oh man. I love driving around to this album.
The band has two EPs and did a split with another band I'll be sure to put up.
