Beef and Long Bean Stir Fry

1.5 lbs teriyaki beef cut into small pieces (about 1" wide)
2 bunches (approx 1.5 lbs) long beans cut to about 2" long
1 onion, sliced
10 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/4 cup Halms Enterprises Hawaiian BBQ Sauce
2-3 teaspoons Trader Joe's Onion Salt
1 Tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
Black Pepper to taste
Heat 5 quart sauteuse pan to high heat and add oil and quickly toss in the meat. Brown on all sides. (Our cookware does not need that much oil, if any. I just like the sear the oil gives it.)
Using the chop n prep, finely mince the garlic. Once the meat is browned and most of the liquid is gone, add in the onion and garlic. Stir to incorporate with the meat.
Add in the green beans, season with pepper and onion salt. Cover for about 5 minutes to steam them down.
Remove cover, add in Halms BBQ Sauce and mix well. Remove from heat and leave covered. Done!
Smart Multi Cooker Hard Steamed Eggs
Place water in the base up to the ridge line.
Place 10 eggs in the colander. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Place eggs in cool water to prevent overcooking. Done!
Micro Pro Grill Dino Nuggets
Place a layer of dino nuggets in the micro pro grill.
Cover in grill setting (so it is sitting on the nuggets). Cook for 10-12 minutes. Done!
**Microwave cook times will vary based on your microwave wattage. I use a 1,000 watt microwave. If you have stronger one, power down to prevent burning**
