Steak with Mushrooms and Onions

2 chuck steaks
1 large onion, sliced
16 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 pats butter
2 teaspoons Anton’s garlic seasoned salt
2 teaspoons Anton’s spicy seasoned salt
2-4 teaspoons Trader Joe’s Seasoning salt
2 teaspoons Trader Joe’s Umami seasoning
Pepper
Season steaks with Anton’s seasoned salts. Heat pan on high and place steaks and let it brown and sear. No oil is needed with our chef series cookware.
Flip and brown other side. Cook to your liking and set aside to rest.
Add onions to pan and brown. Add butter and mushrooms. Season with umami seasoning and let cook down. Done!
