Michael's Home Cooking | BBQ Baby Back Ribs on the Weber Kettle Grill with Michael's Home Cooking @MichaelsHomeCooking | Uploaded 7 years ago | Updated 1 day ago
Barbeque Baby Back Ribs are the easiest ribs to cook. I show you how to make fall off the bone tender ribs. BBQ Baby Back Ribs always turn out tender and are less fussy to make. I grill these over charcoal for a great smokey flavor. The rub is enough for 2 regular slabs of ribs or 3 slabs of baby back ribs. Here is the rub recipe:
1/4 cup paprika
4 and 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
4 and 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon coarse kosher salt OR 1 and 1/2 teaspoons table salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 and 1/2 teaspoons cumin
I got this rub recipe from my local newspaper and I love it because it is not too salty and is just perfect in my opinion.
You could cook the ribs in your 250 oven for the whole cook time if you wish.
I would put a dish of water in the oven for the first step of baking them for the first 90 to 120 minutes with the ribs in an oven safe dish or tray.
Then wrap them in foil with your bbq sauce and bake for 1 to 2 hours at the same 250F oven.
Thank you for watching!
