This is a nice sauce for vegetables. It is wonderful with any vinegar that you have on hand, so don't worry about buying the Sushi Vinegar. I hope you try this vinaigrette that comes from a Japanese Chef.
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional if not using Sushi Vinegar)

I do think any vinegar would work fine in this simple recipe.
