Tater Tot Casserole is a simple supper to put together quickly.
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 to 2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes
10 ounce can of soup (Cream of Mushroom/Cream of Chicken/Golden Mushroom)
30 or 32 ounces of Tater Tots

Bake 350 for one hour

Add cheese on top and bake a bit longer if desired.

You could season this with taco seasoning and salsa or anything you can think of.
