I tested the new Bounce Curl EdgeLift brushes side by side.
On one side I used the Slick-Dense, and on the other I used the Slick-Flex.
Both use the same ridge design to group hairs together and form curl clumps, but the experience is different.
🪮 The Dense brush has more bristles and creates more tension, so you get more control and stronger clumping as you style.
🪮 The Flex brush has fewer bristles and a narrower shape, so it moves through the hair more gently and can feel easier to use, especially on finer or lower-density hair.
Both can create defined curls. The difference comes down to how much tension and control your hair needs.
