Another gaiden chapter, another round of getting to know some of our units better. Nothing too out of the ordinary except for Baudimon's conversations with Samuel & Angelus.
Angelus mentions Emilia's research into making human-monster hybrids which is rather creepy by its own standards, but Angelus mentions that someone is funding her research. Who that is, we don't know.
Samuel's definitely a bit against Aylanda being around, if only because were she to have a kid, he'd be the one to become king under Andaron's highest laws. Couple that with how the populace likely wouldn't warm up well to Randall as king, given how he's related to Thorgrim, and with the fact they'd vouch for Aylanda if they knew of her existence...Randall would probably want her dead or silenced VERY quickly.
Two things to note before closing this video out...first, there's a bonus scene with Jakka if he & Baudimon have at least a C support. Nothing special except for some choice words at a local hot spring.
The other one involves Buggi. Baudimon can roll the ye old dice with him via betting gold. You have five different bets you can make, but each one can only be done once. Baudimon's luck stat does give him better odds of winning and Dawncaller does affect that so if you have it, equip it before speaking to him. Winning all five bets gives you a chance to win a Master Seal. Nice, but not something worth playing the previous chapter to reroll results for since the outcome is determined when this chapter starts.
