After more than 20 years as a band, Alter Bridge released their eighth studio album, a self-titled record that many fans are calling a defining moment in their career.
In this video, I give my full album review of Alter Bridge (2026), breaking down the sound, themes, production, and every track on the record. I also talk about my personal connection to the band, why I went into this album with an open mind, and whether this self-titled release truly represents the core identity of Alter Bridge, or if it simply plays things safe.
From heavy, riff-driven tracks like “Silent Divide” and “Power Down”, to more melodic and atmospheric moments like “Scales Are Falling” and the 9-minute closer “Slave to Master,” we go track by track through the entire album.
