This is a more advanced video tutorial for Affinity Designer from 2Dgameartguru.com about text effects.

In this video, I take text and apply effects to it, that give it depth and a pseudo-3D look. It's a little more complex and can't be done in a style as it requires a few layers but it's still very effective and fun to create.
