The "Soju Sidecar", a beautiful cocktail that uses a South Korean Soju, which is similar to sake, is a very well balanced, slightly tart treat. Soju, which can be described as a cross between Vodka and Rum, is distilled from rice and has a very clean, neutral flavor. At 48 proof, it is a spirit that offers lots of flavor, but makes a great lower ABV cocktail.
Ingredients include:
60 mil/2 oz Jinro Ilpoom Soju
22.5 mil/.75 oz Dry Curacao
22.5 mil/.75 oz Lime juice
5 mil/ Simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker
Shake with ice for 10-12 seconds
Fine strain into a Nick and Nora
Dehydrated lime wheel garnish
