Alas poor Frederick, I knew him well. He was a 15 pound Butterball, and the star of my Thanksgiving feast. Herein lies the saga of the day in the kitchen. The feast was more than worth it, and the best part is that I have leftovers!
Included are the preparation of Stacey's baked Butternut squash, with bacon, and homemade cornbread stuffing, fresh out of the Pepperidge Farm bag. It was all sufficiently yummy that I ate myself right into a turkey coma. Happy Thanksgiving!
