By Florida standards, it was a cold winter day, so I put together some old fashioned winter comfort food to warm the innards. Lentils with sliced smokey hot dogs, cornbread, and a side of fresh asparagus with slivered Parmigiano Reggiano. It's a meal that would go down especially well during a blizzard. :-)
