Irma was an adventure, and one I'd rather not repeat. We were incredibly lucky here, and dodged the bullet, just barely. I captured a few glimpses as best I could while we had daylight, but the storm didn't peak here until just before midnight.
The remainder of the video, from 2:25 on, is the "after party," celebrating the fact that we'd survived it by smoking and pigging out on a Corned Beef Round. Smoking it adds a wonderful new level of flavor to what's already the addictive flavor of corned beef!
