This is luxurious, elegant, decadent, and delicious, and THE way to use up that leftover puff pastry sitting in the back of your freezer. The savory tart can be served alone as a snack or appetizer, but with the addition of a poached egg or two, a little bacon, and a spinach salad, it's a meal. It's even almost healthy.
