This has become a favorite for me. Think of it as a giant economy size pig-in-a-blanket! I've never had a pork tenderloin as tender, as flavorful, as juicy as it is when done this way. The apple smoke ring adds just the right finishing touch, and it proves that an hour of smoke is *all* you need.

Served with baked sweet potato and sauteed fresh veggies, it's a feast!
