Larry Wolfe posted a recipe for quick and easy pulled pork, and I thought I could do it even quicker in the pressure cooker. There was only one way to find out.
After one hour in the pressure cooker, it was falling-apart tender, and yummy to the max! It's a killer recipe, disgustingly easy, and loaded with flavor. I'll be doing it again.
Ingredients:
5 pound Boston Butt, bone in
1/2 cup Wolfe Rub Original
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
12 oz beer
That's it.
