This amazing clock nobody was bidding on and so I got it for the right price. I saw this clock had 8 chime rods and was thinking this clock should sound amazing and I was right. Besides re-aliening the hammers, I wanted to oil this clock to keep it running smooth for me. I also gave it a good wax job to make it look it's best. Come check this video out to hear what I did to adjust the hammers.

Here I do most of my work on clocks. Mainly cuckoo clocks, yet I am always looking for the unusual and eye catching clocks. Some of the clocks I get into are ones that need saved from the dump. They fell off the wall from not securing the clock to the wall using the stud behind the sheetrock. Some of the clocks were laid to rest out in the garage or barn and I except the challenge of getting them back together again.
A well loved clock at one time is one that has a lot of wear and you find old bushings that might need to be replaced.
