My modified 2lb bread using a mixture of whole grain wheat and all purpose flour in the neretva 3.3 lb bread maker machine.
Early on I realized the recipes in the neretva bread maker manual were not correct, didn't follow the bakers golden ratio, and were coming out dense .... so I reverted to using my own recipes. This is the 2lb all purpose bread recipe using about 30% whole grain wheat flour. Wheat flour adds a lighter, less dense quality to home made bread .... give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments. This recipe should work in any bread machine that can bake a 2lb loaf (nearly all of them). if you need to scale it up or down, just use the bakers golden ratio to do so or cheat and get it close (you can divide all ingredients by 1/2 to get a workable 1lb loaf, you could divide by 1/2 and then multiply each ingredient by 3 to get a 3lb loaf .... you get the idea)
