Your wash days don’t need to be complicated to be effective.
Instead of 20 different routines, I think of wash days as a cycle:
treatment wash day → regular wash days → refreshes in between → repeat.
That’s it.
You’re not reinventing your routine every time.
You’re just swapping in a treatment a few times a month and keeping everything else consistent.
This is why my wash day schedule framework works so well:
✨ it shows you the full cycle at a glance
✨ it keeps moisture and treatments balanced
✨ it prevents overdoing one thing
✨ it makes routines feel manageable
For healthy hair, this can be incredibly minimal.
Simple maintenance. No chaos. No guessing.
Just consistency and intention.
