In this video, I wanted to see if my WSM Kettle Setup would smoke 3 racks of Baby Back Ribs, using the Slow N Sear. Previously, on a different modification video, the setup of the WSM as a charcoal grill was successful. Now, just for the fun of it, and to build on that kettle setup, I wanted to take the next step and try smoking, using what would be to most kettle owners as a kettle setup. The cook was a success and we enjoyed 3 racks of delicious ribs smoked on a Weber Smoky Mountain Smoker, but was setup like a kettle. As stated in the video, this was only done for the fun of it, just to find out if it could be done. Enjoy the fun.
