In this video, I am using my Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5 smoker with the grilling modification (to use it like a kettle) where the Vortex accessory can be used to smoke 18 chicken wings. The wings were washed in the sink, had the claw cut off, seasoned with SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) and a little Tony Chachere cajun season. Also in this video, Janet cooked some Asparagus in the Air Fryer XL. That took 10 minutes. She also baked some Chessy Garlic Potatoes in the oven.
