Another cook done on my modified WSM. To begin the College Football Season, I will be doing a series of tailgaiting cooks that everyone enjoys. Today it is wings & moink balls. Cook time was 2 hours. Moink Balls (meatballs with wrapped bacon) were done in 1 1/2 hrs, probably could be done in 1 hr. The wings were on for 2 hours. I used bang bang sauce at the end which was sweet and spicy.
