This is a introduction video and review of my new SNS KAMADO grill/smoker. Made by SNS GRILLS, it has two ways of cooking and smoking meats and veggies. You can either use the exclusive Slow N Sear feature located at the top grate level, or use the standard Kamado style way of ceramic cooking where the lump charcoal is in the bottom of the cooker incorporating the convection plate and grates.
