This cook is grilling Beer Brats, onions & peppers on the griddle, then finishing up doing some homemade french fries on the stove top as a great side, to make for a terrific Dogs n Fries meal. I used the Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker setup as a grill (grate bracket
height modification to allow grilling levels). Also used was an old stainless steel griddle made in Belgium (sorry do not have mfg) purchased 30 years ago at a mall store (Macy's). Didn't see it listed today.
