Phil's Crazy Chili Recipe

3 lb hamburger meat
1 lb pulled smoked beef
40.5 oz can dark red kidney beans
40.5 oz can light red kidney beans
1 26.5 oz can black beans
1 21.5 oz bush's grilling beans
2 large oniins
3 10 oz cans Ro-Tel tomatoes & chilies
(1 hot, 1 fire roasted, 1 habenero)
1 cup ketchup
1 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
2 Tbs Frank's Hot Sauce
3 1.25 oz pks McCormicks chili mix (Mild)
2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 quart home canned tomatoes
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
2 large jalapeno peppers
1 large green bell pepper
1 large sweet red bell pepper
2 tsp fresh mimced garlic
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 Tbs cumin
1 Tbs oregano
2 Tbs Mrs. Dash onion & herb
4 bay leaves
1 tsp Chili Lime
1 tsp Salt (add more if needed)
2 tsp black pepper (add more if needed)
Add 1 cup water
